Information on online dispute resolution

Since the first quarter of 2016, the EU Commission has provided a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution. This gives consumers the opportunity to initially resolve disputes in connection with their online order without the involvement of a court. The dispute resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
